Shipping Policy (ZENERO)

At ZENERO, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an extra day. In such cases, we will notify you via email/SMS/WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

✅ Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and unexpected delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders, promotions, or limited-time campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A Tracking ID

  • Courier partner details
    via SMS / Email / WhatsApp.

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided.


5. Delivery Partner

We ship using trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

If the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Customer unavailable

  • Refused delivery

Then re-shipping charges may apply, or the order may be cancelled as per courier rules.


7. Delayed Delivery

Delivery can be delayed due to:

  • Weather issues

  • Courier delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Festival season rush

ZENERO is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies but we will fully assist you in tracking the shipment.


8. Damaged / Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing video and photos of the package.

📌 Complaints without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
