No Return & No Replacement Policy – ZENERO

🔒 No Return Policy

All products sold on ZENERO are non-returnable. Once an order is placed and delivered, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

🔁 No Replacement Policy

We do not offer replacements for any product. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to size, color preference, or personal choice.

👟 Quality Check

  • Every product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch.

  • Shoes are carefully inspected and packed to ensure they are free from defects or damage at the time of shipping.

📦 Damaged Package / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A physically damaged parcel, or

  • A wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear, continuous unboxing video.

👉 The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and must not be edited or cut.

⚠️ Complaints without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
